CNCVINA is a specialized in manufacturing large-sized tanks, oil tanks, chemicals, stainless steel tanks, steel tanks often for factories and paint lines in Vietnam. The products we have been supplying to customers include:
– Design and manufacture embedded tank system (DIP tank), spray tank (Spray tank) for automotive PT / ED paint line with a capacity of up to 250 m3. Tank in the paint line operate in the environment affected by chemicals, ED paint with many stages: de-greasing, surface phosphate, washing DI, dipping ED, ELPO paint … so the structure must always ensure firm and safe in the whole system.
– Design and manufacture LPG gas tanks for paint line burners, ED/Primer&topcoat oven; hot water boiler burners in paint line, food manufacturing plants, etc.
– Designing and manufacturing silo systems, tanks, tanks containing oil, gasoline, fuel, chemicals, asphalt … for warehouses, outdoor storage stations …
– Designing and manufacturing cyclone to filter dust …
